All races and classes of Tharel are welcome into the temple, but gnomes, quicklings and gypsies are the most favored of Kiradus' followers. All who do follow Kiradus must possess a black heart, and be willing to commit any act to obtain the wealth of the land. Priority will be given to those belonging to the quickling and gnome races, as well as to those of the thief or charlatan professions. While acts of murder for gain are allowed, all such acts MUST be justified in a prompt and appropriate manner. There shall be no killing of anyone regardless of race or religion just to do so. If it is found they have an item that will serve the temple and the Lord well, then it shall be expected for those in the temple to try to attain it in any manner required. Those found associating with known enemies shall be dealt with in a harsh manner, including possible excommunication from the order. Ranks within the temple should be observed carefully. Only those members of the greatest personal wealth may advance into the higher ranks of the temple.
Player killing and looting shall follow the following rules:
1. You are free to attack those who are enemies of the temple on sight. If you have reason to believe someone to have an object of value, they may be attacked on sight as well. Any other actions are not justified, and will be dealt with in a harsh manner.
2. If you loot or steal something from a player, you will not sacrifice it regardless of whom it belongs to. Doing so will carry a stiff penalty, as sacrificing the object is worth less than selling it back or to the highest bidder. You may not keep all belongings which you steal, but you are to return any items which are deemed of no value.
3. You may not give away stolen objects to anyone for OOC reasons; all reasons must be IC, and I will know if they are or not. However, in the event you manage to get some objects which are higher than your level and they will disappear if you log off, you will return them immediatly to the owner, as there will always be another day to get them when they will not be lost.
The followers of Kiradus seek to gather the wealth of Tharel for personal gain and ambition. This gathering of wealth includes thievery, advancement of rank among the royalty of the land, deceit of the innocent, racqueteering, confidence games, and robbery. Any means necessary to acquire the wealth of the land may be used to reduce enemies to pauperhood. Menial work is not encouraged.
